The judge has the duty to justify its Final Judgement in the Constitution and the laws, contrary, the injured party may attack it with the action for annulment.

The Section 384 mandates that Final Judgement must comply with the Code of Civil Procedure and be delivered within the time therein sets, counting from that snug car providence.

The Constitution requires that any sentence ruling must be based on it and the law (Art. 256, 2nd. Paragraph, 1st. Part of the Constitution). This is a duty of the judge whose failure is ordered, under pain of nullity (Art. 15 Civil Procedure Code).
