How did IUNA?

The IUNA emerges in late 19965 with Menem decree, following the grouping of seven art historical institutions (National Conservatory of Music "Carlos López Buchardo" National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón "School of Fine National Arts "Ernesto de la Cárcova", the National Higher Institute of Ceramics, National School of Drama "Antonio Cunill Cabanellas, the Superior National Dance Institute and the Higher National Institute of Folklore).
